Russian President's Order No. 1403 of November 17, 1992 "On specifics of privatization and reorganization of state-owned enterprises, production and R&D associations operating in oil, oil refining industries and petroleum product supply into joint-stock companies" determines the list of 18 enterprises whose shares are to be contributed to the authorized to the authorized capital of the newly incorporated LUKoil Joint-Stock Company.
