Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies" No.208-FZ of 26 December 1995 and pursuant to a decision of PJSC "德州扑克短牌" Board of Directors the shareholder register of PJSC 鈥湹轮萜丝硕膛柒 is kept by OOO 鈥淩egistrator 鈥淕arant鈥 (also the 鈥楻egistrar鈥).
The Registrar has a good business reputation, able to organize reliable recording of shareholders' rights in the Company's shares using advanced registrar technologies and having a wide network of transfer鈥揳gency offices.
The Registrar shall conduct activities as provided by the current Russian legislation, among which opening/closing personal accounts, providing data from the register, and amending the personal entries of the registered persons (shareholders) (full name of shareholder, passport details, registration address, bank details for dividend transfer, etc.).
Amending the details of an individual holders鈥 personal account shall be made by filing in a questionnaire by the holder. The shareholder shall affix his/her signature in the questionnaire in the presence of the Registrar or to have it notarized.

Pursuant to the effective legislation in order to ensure the observance of shareholders' rights and lawful interests shareholder is obliged to timely update his/her personal details (full name of shareholder, passport details, registration address, bank details for dividend transfer, etc.) infromation on his/her representatives, as well as the information on beneficial owners in the shareholder register at least once a year.
In case of failure to provide this information in accordance with cl.16 Article 8.2 of the Federal Law "On Securities Market" neither PJSC 鈥湹轮萜丝硕膛柒 nor OOO 鈥淩egistrator 鈥淕arant鈥 is liable for any subsequent losses.
