�W�޹�܊“ِِ�� SIGNS AMENDMENT RELATED TO A LARGE GAS PROJECT IN UZBEKISTAN

An Amendment to the Product Sharing Agreement (PSA) for Kandym group of fields, Khauzak, Shady and Kungrad areas has been signed in the city of Tashkent.

The document has been signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mr. Gulomzhon Ibragimov, Vice President of PJSC �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� Mr. Sergey Nikiforov and Chairman of the Executive Board of National Holding Company (NHC) Uzbekneftegaz Mr. Alisher Sultanov.

The Amendment entails a number of adjustments to the economic indicators of Kandym-Khauzak-Shady-Kungrad PSA. Such adjustments will ensure more favorable project implementation conditions for the investors' consortium (PJSC �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� and NHC Uzbekneftegaz).

19/04/2018 - �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� COMMISSIONS GAS PROCESSING COMPLEX IN UZBEKISTAN AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

​​Today �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� has commissioned a Gas Processing Complex at the Kandym fields cluster in Uzbekistan. ​

The construction of the Kandym Gas Processing Complex was completed exactly two years since its start and eight months ahead of the schedule.​ The official opening ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Aleksander Novak and the President of PJSC "�W�޹�܊“ِِ��" Vagit Alekperov.

President of �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� Vagit Alekperov and the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov participated in the official launch of new facilities at Gissar cluster of fields in Uzbekistan, today.

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Merziyoyev received President of �W�޹�܊“ِِ�� Vagit Alekperov​. They discussed implementation of �W�޹�܊“ِِ��’s current projects in Uzbekistan and prospects for broader cooperation. Special attention was paid to progress in the construction of a gas-processing works in Kandym and to the implementation of the project dubbed Full Development of Gissar.​
