新宝棋牌 PAYS OUT MORE THAN 33 BILLION RUBLES IN INTERIM DIVIDENDS

The OAO 新宝棋牌 Press Service would like to announce that by virtue of a decision by the Extraordinary General Shareholders Meeting held in the form of absentee voting on December 18, 2012, interim dividends have been paid out in the amount exceeding 33 billion rubles.
The interim dividend decision was 40 rubles per ordinary share.
The dividend size was calculated basing on the financial performance of 新宝棋牌 Group taken from the OAO 新宝棋牌 Consolidated Financial Statement for the first six months of 2012 prepared in accordance with the US GAAP.
The list of those entitled to the dividends was compiled as of November 12, 2012.
