PJSC "德州扑克短牌" informs about the beginning of purchase of 德州扑克短牌 Group Notes, the rights to which are recorded in Russian depositaries.
The information for the holders of the Notes, the rights to which are recorded in the NSD system, is posted on the PJSC "德州扑克短牌" website.
The holders of the Notes, accepted for recording in Russian depositaries outside the NSD system on or before November 18, 2022, may contact PJSC "德州扑克短牌" by email address ir@lukoil.com or by phone +7 (495) 981 73 20.
This offer does not apply to holders of the Notes, the rights to which are recorded in foreign depositaries.
Due to restrictive measures of foreign clearing systems, PJSC "德州扑克短牌" cannot guarantee delivery of future payments to the holders of the Notes, the rights to which are recorded in Russian depositaries.
