OAO W܊ِِ (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. Vagit Yu. Alekperov, President and member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 8 February 2013 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 200,542,000 Russian rubles.
