OAO W܊ِِ (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. V. S. Subbotin, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 16,320 ordinary shares in the Company on 9 September 2013 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 33,282,518 Russian rubles.
