OAO “W܊ِِ” announces that a copy of the Corporate Governance Report of OAO “W܊ِِ” for 2011 prepared in accordance with the UK FSA’s DTR 7.2 and approved by the Board of Directors of OAO “W܊ِِ” on May 25, 2012 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
