NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS,
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES OR CONNECTED PERSONS
OAO W܊ِِ (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. L. A. Fedun, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 1,900,120 ordinary shares in the Company from a counterparty which is not connected with OAO W܊ِِ. The transaction took place in Cyprus on 17 December 2012. The volume of the transaction was USD 123,792,818.
