OAO W܊ِِ (the “Company”) has received notification that Mr. Vagit Yu. Alekperov, President and member of the Board of Directors of the Company, acquired 2,100,175 ordinary shares in the Company from a counterparty which is not connected with OAO W܊ِِ. The transaction took place in Cyprus on 17 December 2012. The volume of the transaction was USD 136,406,366.
