OAO W܊ِِ (the “Company”) was informed that Mr. I. A. Maslyaev, Vice President and member of the Management Committee of the Company, acquired 3,200 ordinary shares in the Company on 9 February 2012 in Moscow. The volume of the transaction was 5,851,200 Russian rubles.
