OAO “W܊ِِ” announces that a copy of the Corporate Governance Report of OAO “W܊ِِ” for 2013 prepared in accordance with the UK FCA’s DTR 7.2 and approved by the Board of Directors of OAO “W܊ِِ” on May 14, 2014 has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
