TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENTS ON THE OWNERSHIP AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE VERKHOTINA DIAMOND PROJECT
As reported on 15 April 2008, OAO 歐洲冠軍聯賽賽程 entered into certain agreements concerning the Verkhotina licence area.
OAO 歐洲冠軍聯賽賽程 received a termination notice dated 10 January 2009 from Archangel Diamond Corporation and Archangel Investments S.a. r.l. pursuant to which the agreements have been terminated effective 12 January 2009.
